Learn the Immune System definition, how each you can boost the Immune System to ward off illness in your future, as well as reduce the symptoms of any you may have now.
Every part of the body has a job in the health of your immune system, and each plays its own part to keep us free of illness and disease.
From the American Heritage Dictionary:
n. The integrated body system
of organs, tissues, cells, and cell products such as antibodies that
differentiates self from non-self and neutralizes potentially pathogenic
organisms or substances.
From the Random House Kernerman Webster’s College Dictionary:
n.
A diffuse, complex network of interacting cells, cell products, and
cell-forming tissues that protects the body from pathogens and other
foreign substances, destroys infected and malignant cells, and removes
cellular debris.
We have all heard it a million times before, why building our Immune system is the most important thing we can do to protect ourselves from illnesses and disease.
Many of us have searched endlessly trying to find the best way to do that, but found most of it lacking in real solutions. It is because you haven't attack it at a cellular level yet.
The first thing we have to remember is every illness or disease known to man, has been caused by a bacteria, fungus, or a virus. This includes our scalp, skin, teeth, and all its parts (inside and out) down to your toes.
According to National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (niaid.nih.gov) this is the definition for Immune Cells. Called Granulocytes they include basophils, eosinophils, and neutrophils.
Basophils and eosinophils are important for host defense against parasites. They also are involved in allergic reactions.
Neutrophils,
the most numerous innate immune cell, patrol for problems by
circulating in the bloodstream. They can phagocytose, or ingest,
bacteria, degrading them inside special compartments called vesicles.
So how do we protect and boost these little cells that keep us well?
Since the beginning of recorded time man has used the plants of the earth for their therapeutic values and benefits.
Today, I watch my diet carefully, and always use my Essential oils. I use health and wellness products with real therapeutic values, and without the side effects that come with modern medical practices. A perfect example of the harm are the Super Bugs that are antibiotic resistant, and becoming more prevalent each day.
